While working in the food industry, we recognised a significant opportunity: an abundance of coconuts were being discarded simply because they didn't meet the stringent requirements of supermarkets. Driven by our love for delicious, crunchy snacks, we set out to create toasted coconut chips, that celebrate these overlooked treasures.
